Warranties

All of our medical equipment should state specific product warranty and should be included within their respective packaging and/or found in your manual(s). Refer to your user manual or instruction sheet for information. Some items have lifetime limited warranties which should be stated in your packaging.  Products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced.  Call for details as you may be instructed to send directly to the manufacturer of the item. Items that are misused or used in such a way that they are not intended for will not be covered under warranty. Items carry warranties from 1 month to 5 years, and can even have Lifetime Warranties.  All warranties are intended for the original owner.
