PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING* specials may not include items that will have to be delivered via TRUCK LINE (such as beds & items too large to ship UPS/Fedex). This may also include liquid items, such as cleansers, ordered in multiple quantities. Some items may state ' additional shipping may apply '. In this case, we will contact you with costs prior to charging your credit card.
Shipping Times may vary, however most medical supplies ship in 3-10 business days from the order date, while medical furniture and some medical equipment may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Stated lead time excludes holidays and weekends. Allow 2-6 business days for items to arrive once shipped. NOTE: IF YOU PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS, EXPECT MULTIPLE BOXES TO ARRIVE.
Shipping BACKORDERS - During Flu season, some items may be out of stock such as masks and sanitizers. If this is the case, we reserve the right to fill your order with a comparable item at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs - Most items ship UPS or FedEx, however if your items requires large truck freight, (such as beds, mattresses, scooters, and other large furniture items) you will be notified as additional shipping charges may apply. Otherwise, upon checkout your shipping costs will be displayed. Large orders (over $1000) may qualify for FREE SHIPPING, regardless of our current specials and / or shipping charges. If your order qualifies, your shipping charges will be removed prior to charging your credit card, and you will be notified.
Shipments arriving damaged and/or incorrect orders - Please inspect all packages for accuracy and note any damages on driver's bill of lading if possible. Note: If an item is damaged call us immediately so that we can remedy your issue / order discrepancy.
RETURNS
All returns MUST be approved by us and require a Return Authorization Number. Please call us to request a return. All returns are subject to restocking and shipping fees, call for details. If your purchase was shipped on a FREE SHIPPING special, you will be charged back the original shipping. You are also responsible to pay any return shipment fees.
We will not accept returns on special order items, customer made items, or personal products including products from our incontinence line. |
