6. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is shipped via large motor freight (such as a bed) you MUST note the damages on the bill of lading before the driver leaves - and/or you may refuse the item. If the item arrives via FedEx, UPS or other standard delivery contact us upon receipt.
You must keep ALL packaging material and boxes as we may be required to send the shipper out to inspect for the cause of the damage.
