In addition to antimicrobial, controlled-release silver ions, Arglaes Island Dressing offers a super-absorbent calcium alginate pad for fluid management centered on a high-MVTR transparent film. Ideal for shallow wounds or post-op incisions that need the added benefit of fluid management. Up to five day wear time.
